RH and RH+ high-oil maize varieties are an exclusive Panam France innovation. Developed to meet the energy needs of livestock operations, they provide a high-quality energy source produced and available directly on the farm.

Our range covers a wide maturity window, from FAO 260 to over 500, to suit all French soil and climatic conditions.

Anthocyanin maize

Panam France has patiently selected three anthocyanin maize varieties, now available for food producers who care about the quality of their raw materials.

Originally from the Peruvian highlands, anthocyanin maize is recognised as an important new nutritional source for its high content of phenolic compounds and anthocyanins. The main pigment is cyanidin-3-b-glucoside (C3G). Its antioxidant capacity is higher than that of blueberries. Antioxidants are known to inhibit bad cholesterol, prevent the development of colon cancer, promote tissue regeneration, stimulate blood circulation and regulate blood pressure.
